About Me
Hi, I’m Claire
In my practise as a Registered Psychotherapist, I strive to hold a compassionate, non-judgmental space for clients to explore challenges and work towards creating positive, lasting changes. I aim to meet clients where they are at, holding consideration and respect for their intersectional identities and unique experiences.
Where do I specialize?
I have worked alongside clients experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, BPD, bipolar disorder, relationship concerns, life transitions and more.
I support clients in developing healthier boundaries, strengthening communication, regulating intense emotions, and managing distress and worry with greater confidence.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs—helping you cultivate resilience, deeper self-understanding, and more fulfilling relationships.
My Approach?
I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness practices, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Narrative Therapy.
Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I thoughtfully tailor these approaches to meet your unique goals, strengths, and experiences. Together, we will build practical skills, deepen insight, and create meaningful, sustainable change in a way that feels both supportive and empowering.
Looking to start therapy? In our free 15-minute consultation, we can discuss your goals, my approach, and a prospective plan for support. If you’re ready, I’m ready!
